Peter Bittner
Bio:
Peter has been an AFTER SCHOOL Day Camp Director since 2007. Before that he was one of the Camp Specialists. During the school year, Peter is a Site Supervisor of the AFTER SCHOOL program at Hawthorne.
Prior to that he was a teacher for the Verona Public Schools. Peter is looking forward to this summer at WYFC Summer Day Camp.
The Wisconsin Youth & Family Center Summer Day Camp is designed to provide children ages 5-12 with the opportunity to experience typical summer fun-- swimming, picnicing and outdoor games-- in a safe, well-supervised environment. The program emphasizes learning to work as a team, adapting to group care in a structured environment and practicing social skills including conflict resolution and friendship building. The program is free to children whose families qualify and who live in the Greater Elver Park neighborhood.
